AD PRODUCTION DETAILS
- Macintosh-only QuarkXPress file with all final artwork and fonts—no PC fonts.
- Macintosh-compatible digital file—pdf, jpeg or tiff (300 dpi or greater) sent at
actual size. All fonts must be embedded!
- Ad dimensions must match those listed on this ratecard. Ads must have a border.
- All color components must be CMYK. This includes any colors in type, lines, blends or
images. If distilling your image, make sure your distiller is set to CMYK.
- Email stuffed files to

- We do not accept files created in an IBM format. Please consult your local Kinko's for a
nominal charge they will convert your IBM file into a pdf and email it to us.
- COLOR AD PRODUCTION RATE We would be happy to produce your color ad. Please discuss rates with
your ad representative.
- DEADLINES Ad materials due in house by the 15th of the month.
- You may also supply us with a sharp, camera-ready black & white reflective artwork (laser prints of at least 600 dpi resolution) which we will scan in for you.
- Up to 3 proofs are provided at no charge —$25 each after that.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- Payment in advance of publication is required of all first-time advertisers for at least the first three insertions.
- Credit may be extended only after a fully completed and signed credit application is received and approved.
- Invoices are due and payable upon receipt.
- Finance charge of 1.6% per month will be added to invoices delinquent past 30 days.
- Cancellation deadline is 5pm on the 15th of the month prior to publication. Advertisers will be charged full price for cancellations after this time.
