| A lover of vegetarian cuisine, CATALYST's Dining Guide reviewer, Mandy
Jeppsen is proud to be a former full-time CATALYST staffer. She says she
now works twice as hard as a stay-at-home playmate for her young son
Sam. She is passionate about performing, and from the time she was two,
she has been singing-- known for standing on tabletops and belting out
songs as a child. She has fronted two indie Salt Lake bands, Gerald
Music and Mona, and now focuses on songwriting and practicing guitar in
her (ha ha, yeah right) spare time. She says she dreams of living in a
beach house, and doing something extravagant, like parasailing, or
starring in a Hollywood film, before she dies.
